As a specialist contractor we can offer a full range of services from office upgrades through to large scale refurbishments. This can be delivered through traditional procurement methods via design team, design and build or even direct to client. We have the in-house knowledge and expertise to offer a full delivery package including interior design and procurement of furniture solutions in order to give your offices spaces the edge that many clients and employees now look for.
Something often forgotten is the removal or rectification of any alterations and fit-out you have made to your office accommodation when your lease comes to an end. The PFS team can undertake all works identified during an end of tenancy dilapidations survey in order to ensure no financial penalties are incurred so that you can concentrate on settling into your new premises.
Leisure & Hospitality
Our portfolio is wide in this realm and includes projects such as Odeon Cinema Refurbishments, museum exhibitions, cultural experiences, sporting and wellness facilities. Industrial & Commercial
Each project has a tailored design approach to best suit the needs of the project, however, it is always best to start with an initial vision from the client to ascertain the parameter of the works. Following this, our experienced team of interior designers can utilise the space you have to optimise efficiency both practically and aesthetically. The idea of this is to challenge the preconception of the space, whilst always considering cost effectiveness and practicality in mind.
